The startup Cell is a team of students led by a faculty-in-charge whose visions are aligned towards the development of entrepreneurial cosystem in the institution through innovation-driven approaches. The start-up Cell should aim to create, foster and promote the spirit of entrepreneurship by helping young and talented minds pursue the path of innovation and set up their own entrepreneurial venture.

The aim of the state government is to promote ideation, innovation, and a culture of startups within the state, whereby the policy can be put into action across the state’s universities and colleges,  thereby making a real impact.
